IMPORTANT NOTICE
The club is introducing a
"NO REAR LIGHT, NO RIDE"
policy as of August.
It must be a "proper" rear light and not just one of these single LED efforts.
Please pass this information on to other riders to make sure they get a ride.

There have been a few Traffic incidents at the events in recent weeks and some complaints from drivers.
Sorry to have to re-state some rules but they are very important especially if we want the event to continue.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
Anyone who breaks the traffic rules will not be permitted to ride the events.
Do not ride out into the dual carraigeway to turn around.
Do not cross the top of central reservation barriers, use the correct turnings.
We strongly recommend the use of a rear light, this is for your own safety!

The second Farnham Charity Bike Ride is Sunday 4th July 2010. The main charities are St Andrew's school in Farnham and the Farnham Roundtable.
It as A fun event of 23 miles, cycle at your own pace through beautiful, local countryside but there is an elite start for those who like to be at the front.

Farnham Road Club is a small easy going group of all ages, both male and female, based in the Farnham, Surrey area. Members participate in and promote events mainly under the Cycling Time Trials banner. A full programme of events starts on the first Saturday of March and runs until the end of August. See the events section for full details. These events are open to members and visitors.
As well as time trials members take part in many cycling activities including Audax events and triathlons. Some members also ride with the local CTC groups and the club has a regular weekend club run. Contact the secretary for details. At the end of the season there is a light hearted four-way event, the Annual General Meeting and the Club Dinner and Prize presentation.
During the "none" competitive season the club meets on the first Tuesday of the month at the Bull Inn on the A31 near Bentley. The pub is opposite the time trial starting area.

The club welcomes any prospective members at the start of club events; please make yourself known to the time keepers.
